An FIR has been filed at the Nawada police station based on the complaint of the deceased's mother, Anuradha Devi. The FIR names three sons of Sanjay Yadav, a resident of Maulabagh Ward No. 12: Navneet Yadav alias Loha Yadav, Manjeet Yadav, Amarjeet Yadav, Kundan Yadav, son of the late Bhanu Yadav, a resident of the same neighborhood, Suraj Yadav, son of Surendra Yadav, and Roshan Yadav. Police took prompt action and arrested one accused in this case, while the main accused, Navneet Yadav alias Lohia Yadav, surrendered in court following police pressure.

In the FIR, Anuradha Devi stated that her son, Adarsh ​​Kumar, had a dispute with all the named accused a few days ago, following which they threatened to kill him. On Saturday evening, she was walking with her son, Adarsh ​​Kumar, to Pakadi Chowk. At the same time, Navneet Yadav alias Loha Yadav and his brother Manjeet Yadav suddenly arrived on a bike. Then Navneet Yadav alias Loha Yadav shot and killed his son Adarsh ​​Kumar with the pistol in his hand.

After registering the FIR, the police took immediate action and arrested the named accused Manjeet Yadav. While Navneet Yadav alias Loha Yadav surrendered in the court. The police are continuously conducting raids to arrest the other accused. Let us tell you that Adarsh ​​Kumar, son of late Shatrughan Singh, resident of Jhowna Ward No. 4 of Bihiya Police Station area (presently Maulabagh Ward No. 12 of Nawada Police Station area), was shot and killed on Saturday evening in Maulabagh Ward No. 12 of Nawada Police Station area due to a dispute that took place during a group call on Instagram. He died during treatment.
