NEWLY WED WOMAN COMMITS SUICIDE IN BUXAR VILLAGE

BUXAR-----------------------Frustrated with the family dispute, a newly wed woman committed suicide at Manoharpur Schedule Caste area under Rajpur police station in Buxar district. The deceased was identified as Archana alias Rinku 22 wife of Anil Ram. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. An FIR was lodged with the police under Rajapur police station in this regard. Police are investigating the matter.

SHO Rajpur police station Santosh Kumar said that Archana alias Rinku Devi had some tiff with her family members in the evening and when all the members of the family went to sleep, she committed suicide in the late night by hanging herself to the ceiling of her room. In the morning, when she did not come out of her room, the family members knocked the door of her room and when she did not reply, they broke open the door and found her body hanging to the ceiling. They informed the police about the incident and the police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. A team of Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) was also requisitioned for the investigation.

Father of deceased Satyanarayan Ram of Sarenja village said that he married his daughter Archana alias Rinku Kumari with Anil Ram son of Radheshayam Ram of Manoharpur Scheduled Caste area under Rajpur police station in Buxar district on May 26, 2024 with pomp and added that about a month ago, she had a tiff with her husband about a month ago which was hushed up. Satyanarayan Ram blamed her in-laws for toruturing her and killing her.
