GRADUATE STUDENT KILLED AFTER RAPE IN BHOJPUR VILLAGE

ARA--------------------------A case of murder of a girl student of graduation after outraging her modesty has come out of closet under Hasan Bazaar police station area in Bhojpur district. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Hasan Bazaar police station in this regard on the statement of the brother of the victim. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and arrested one of the named accused. The arrested accused was identified as D C Kumar of Katar village under Hasan Bazaar police station. The arrested accused privately prepares students for the physical examination for police recruitment.

Bhojpur SP Mister Raj said that after the institution of FIR, the police started investigation in this regard and added that names of three persons have so far come to light. On the basis of so far investigation, the police arrested one of the accused though the police identified two others and are conducting raids to arrest them. The SP said that the CDR of the girl student has been taken out. He stated that the girl had gone to the library on the call of the accused where she was raped and murdered

It was said that the girl student had gone to the library in the evening where her modesty was outraged and later she was administered poison and she died during treatment.

Brother of the deceased said that he got information from a youth of the village that the condition of his sister was serious and she was in the library. He at once rushed to the library where his sister was writhing in pain, She told her broither that something wrong had happened with her. He rushed her to a hospital where doctor declared her dead. He lodged a named FIR with the police under Hasan Bazaar police station in this regard blaming the library owner and his two aides in connection with outraging her modesty and forcibly administrating poison
