ARA---------------------------On the auspicious occasion of the Shri Ram Navami festival, a program featuring worship rituals and spiritual discourses was organized at the Friends Colony office, held under the joint aegis of the Shri Sanatan Shaktipeeth Sansthanam and the Sanatan-Sursari Seva Nyas. The event was presided over by the President of the Sansthanam—the renowned Bhagavat-Ramayana orator, Acharya Dr. Bharatbhushan Pandey. To commence the proceedings, ceremonial worship was reverently performed for the Shri Sita-Ram Darbar, Shri Hanuman Ji, the Shaligram, the Narmadeshwar, Goddess Durga, the Shiva Panchayatana, the sacred cattle, and the Tulsi plant. Inaugurating the program, Prof. Baliraj Thakur remarked that, through His revered and exemplary noble character, Lord Shri Ram has become an object of worship and a source of inspiration across all eras. Shivdas Singh stated that, in order to alleviate the burden upon the Earth, Lord Vishnu incarnated as Shri Ram, while Goddess Lakshmi took the incarnation of Jagadamba Sita. In his presidential address, Acharya Bharatbhushan Pandey affirmed that while Shri Ram is indeed the incarnation of the Supreme Reality (Paratpar Parabrahma), He lived His life as an ordinary human being, thereby inspiring us to remain steadfast on the path of truth, virtue, and righteousness, and to persevere in our struggles. Shri Ram has conveyed the message of firmly opposing unrighteousness, falsehood, and criminality; of uniting like-minded individuals; and of performing one's duties with equal concern for both worldly well-being and spiritual salvation. His ideal character and the concept of 'Ram Rajya' (the Kingdom of Ram) stand as a source of pride for India and serve as a stepping stone toward global welfare. The welcome address was delivered by Akhileshwar Nath Tiwari, the proceedings were anchored by Madheshwar Nath Pandey, and the vote of thanks was proposed by Satyendra Narayan Singh. Prominent personalities present on this occasion included Radha Prasad Pathak, Anjani Srivastava, Mrityunjay Chaudhary, Mrinal, Amitabh Thakur, Nilesh Kumar, Ajay, Dhruv Kumar Singh, and Pankaj Thakur, among others.
