FIVE DAY YOGA CAMP CONCLUDED
The five-day yoga camp, organized jointly by the Patanjali Yoga Samiti Buxar and the Patanjali Parivar under the aegis of the Patanjali Yoga Samiti Haridwar, concluded on Friday at Kali Babu Park, located at the Golambar. On the final day of the camp, a large number of people practiced yoga, pranayama, and meditation.

BUXAR-------------------------The five-day yoga camp, organized jointly by the Patanjali Yoga Samiti Buxar and the Patanjali Parivar under the aegis of the Patanjali Yoga Samiti Haridwar, concluded on Friday at Kali Babu Park, located at the Golambar. On the final day of the camp, a large number of people practiced yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
Participants in the yoga camp shared that practicing yoga continuously for five days made their bodies feel lighter and more energetic. On the final day, participants were guided through subtle, simple, and effective yoga exercises that are useful in daily life. During this session, practices such as Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, Bhastrika, Anulom-Vilom, Kapalbhati, Vajrasana, Mandukasana, Bhramari Pranayama, and meditation were performed.
The yoga instructors stated that "the greatest wealth is a healthy body" and appealed to the public to practice yoga regularly. The program also conveyed messages such as "From Haridwar to every doorstep: Practice yoga, stay disease-free" and "Practice yoga regularly; no disease shall ever occur."
In the second session of the program, held amidst the clean and serene environment of Silver Wells School in Maharaj Hata, children were guided through yoga, meditation, and pranayama exercises. During this session—held from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM—the benefits of yoga were explained to the children, and emphasis was placed on the importance of *sanskars* (moral values) alongside formal education.
Pradeep Kumar Ojha, the school's Director, provided commendable support for this event. Present on the occasion were Deputy Director Sanjeev Kumar, Principal Aruna Pathak, and teachers Vidya Sagar Thakur, Ratnesh Mishra, Rajiv Ranjan Tiwari, Saurabh Kumar Mishra, Vivek Kumar, Kamlesh Sharma, Seema Jaiswal, Rambha Pandey, Anushka Pandey, and Sonam Singh.
The program was led by Arvind Singh, the District In-charge of the Patanjali Yoga Samiti Buxar, while Yoga Instructor Jitendra Bihari conducted the practical sessions for yoga exercises, meditation, and pranayama. Finally, on behalf of the Patanjali Parivar Buxar, a call was issued to transform Buxar into a "Yoga-centric Buxar" (*Yogamay Buxar*) on the upcoming International Yoga Day, June 21st.
