80% CONSTRUCTION OF GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE COMPLETED

ARA------------------------------The construction of the government degree college in the Piro area of ​​Bhojpur district is approximately 80% complete. The construction of the Shri Tridandi Swami Degree College, being built under the Bihar government, is progressing rapidly. The inauguration of this government degree college is also expected this year, in 2026. This government degree college, which will operate under Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bhojpur, is a great gift for the students of the Piro sub-division.

With the opening of this government degree college, students from the entire sub-division will have the opportunity to receive higher education close to their homes. The completion date for the college construction is January 2026, as indicated on the board by the construction agency. However, considering the current status of the construction work, it appears that it may take approximately two more months to complete the entire project.

Given the progress of the college construction, there is a strong possibility that academic courses for students will begin in the new session of 2026.  Students and parents are delighted about the inauguration of the college and the commencement of courses in the new session. Parents say that with a government degree college being built within their sub-division, they will no longer have to send their children outside the area for higher education. It is also being speculated that the college will be inaugurated in April, before the start of the new session in 2026.
