253 CANDIDATES SECURE EMPLOYMENT IN JOB FAIR

ARA---------------------------A free job fair was organized in Ara on Saturday by AISECT India and Rozgar Mantra. Held at the A3 International office (an AISECT India business partner) located behind the Civil Court near District School, the event saw participation from private companies such as Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Utkarsh Finance, Blinkit, Technico Industries, and Jai Bharat Maruti, all of which conducted interviews with the youth. Thousands of young men and women arrived at the fair with hopes of securing employment. Ayush Kumar Sinha, a representative of AISECT India, stated that the fair facilitated a recruitment drive for a total of 327 positions across various companies. These roles included receptionist, counselor, computer operator, helper, supervisor, production executive, ITI technician, banking field executive, and mobile/laptop software and hardware engineer. Out of the candidates who appeared for interviews, 253 were selected. Candidates who could not attend the fair today due to the rain may contact the Ara office. The manager of A3 International noted that participants came from various districts across Bihar. The minimum educational qualification required ranged from an 8th-grade pass to a bachelor's degree, with an age limit of 18 to 30 years. During the interviews, candidates' educational certificates, Aadhaar cards, passport-sized photographs, and resumes were verified. He stated that selected candidates would receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹30,500, depending on the position and qualifications. Some companies will also provide accommodation and food facilities. The organizers emphasized that the job fair was entirely free, and no fees were charged for the recruitment process. They urged the youth not to pay money to anyone promising jobs and to participate in recruitment drives only through authorized channels. During the job fair, company representatives interviewed candidates and advanced the selection process based on their qualifications. Considerable enthusiasm was observed among the youth regarding the event.
