Unidentified criminals shot a young man who was sleeping in an orchard in Kauriram village. The victim sustained serious injuries from the gunshot. The injured youth has been identified as Suryavanshi (20), son of Kamlesh Kharwar, a resident of Patel Nagar in the Bikramganj police station area of Rohtas district. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Mohania police arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation. The police are working to identify the perpetrators and determine the motive behind the attack; the reason for the shooting remains unclear at this stage. The incident has created an atmosphere of panic in the area. Locals have demanded increased police patrolling and the immediate arrest of the culprits. Police officials stated that the matter is being investigated from all angles and will be solved soon.
