SEX RACKET BUSTED IN ARA

ARA--------------------------In a swift operation in Ara city of Bhojpur district, police raided a hotel called “Stay Home” located in the Nawada police station area and dismantled an alleged sex racket operating under the guise of a lodging facility. The raid, conducted around 1:30 pm on Wednesday on the directions of Superintendent of Police Awadhesh Dixit, was led by a special team headed by two trainee women DSPs.

Fifteen young adults—eight women and seven men—were found in compromising situations inside the hotel rooms and detained. The hotel operator was arrested on the spot. During the search, packets of condoms and used condoms were recovered. The premises, which were reportedly running without a valid licence, were sealed in the presence of a magistrate.

Police sources said the establishment was functioning in close proximity to the Nawada police station, raising questions about how the illegal activity continued unchecked. All the detained individuals and the arrested operator have been taken to the police station for questioning. Investigators are examining whether the racket is linked to other networks or hotels in the area.

The revelation has caused a stir among local residents. Authorities have stated that similar action will be taken against any other hotels or lodges found involved in unethical activities.
