BUXAR-----------------------------As part of its health awareness campaign, Rotary Buxar organized CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training on December 26th at the Sabit Khidmat Hospital premises. This training is being continuously conducted at various locations in the district under Rotary Buxar's PPH Campus initiative, with the aim of saving as many lives as possible in emergency situations.

Rotary President Dr. Dilshad Alam said that knowledge of CPR training is essential for all members of civil society. This campaign is being conducted in schools, colleges, and various hospitals with this objective, so that ordinary people can also save someone's life by administering CPR when needed. The training camp ran from 11 AM to 2 PM.

Dr. Dilshad Alam informed that this was the third CPR training session; previous sessions were held at Narendra Dev School and then at Sabit Khidmat Hospital, and this campaign will be further expanded to other schools. Providing technical details about CPR, he explained that approximately 100 to 120 chest compressions should be given per minute, which is about two compressions per second. After 30 compressions, it is necessary to give two rescue breaths (mouth-to-mouth resuscitation) and immediately call for emergency medical assistance and inform the hospital.

The training program was attended by Om Prakash, Ghaghri Devi, Shilpi Rani, Amrita, Tarannum, Pramod, Kaushal Kishore, Mangala Rai, Rotarian Riyasat Ansari, Rotaract Rahul, Secretary Sahil, and other hospital staff.
