NCD Showcases Royal Pavilion at 17th CREDAI Property Show, Wins Applause for Innovation & Eco-Friendly Initiative

HYDERABAD AUG 17 (RNI) NCD (Nikhila Constructions and Developers) Participates in 17th CREDAI Property Show at HITEX  Union Minister  for Coal and Mines G Kushan Reddy witnessed enthusiastic participation from NCD.

The company showcased its flagship project, Royal Pavilion at Mokila, which received an overwhelming response from visitors. 

NCD MD said the project was highly appreciated for its unique features, including, Ground level and podium level amenities, Terrace gardens, Coffee shop by the poolside, World-class indoor AC gym (clubhouse) & outdoor open gym, Outdoor barbecue area, Ladies’ kitty party area, Children’s play area, Senior citizen room, Banquet hall, Mini theatre, Guest rooms, Terrace connectivity, Twin clubhouse

As part of its eco-friendly initiative, NCD distributed mud Vinayaka idols to all visitors. The distribution ceremony was inaugurated and blessed by Kishan reddy Minister of Coil and mines This annual tradition reflects NCD’s commitment to promoting environmental sustainability.
