COMPASSIONATE INITIATIVE AT ARA RAILWAY STATION: BHAI DINESH
Today, I spotted a minor boy asking people for money on the overbridge at Ara Railway Station. Upon noticing him, I struck up a conversation. ARA-------------------------Today, I spotted a minor boy asking people for money on the overbridge at Ara Railway Station. Upon noticing him, I struck up a conversation. He revealed that his home is near Shivaji Pokhra in Jagdishpur and his mother lives in Assam. He expressed a desire to go to Assam but lacked the money for the fare.
I advised him to return home to Jagdishpur first. Considering his situation, I gave him the fare for the journey, offered him some biscuits, and urged him to return home safely.
This incident draws attention to a serious social concern. When children are found wandering helplessly at railway stations, bus stands, or public places, there is a heightened risk of them falling prey to the wrong people or going astray. The administration, railway police, child protection units, and vigilant citizens need to keep a close watch on such children to ensure they are taken to a safe place and their futures are secured.
Society's responsibility extends beyond mere assistance; it is also our duty to provide proper guidance and protection to such children.
