REVIEW MEETING FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY 2026

ARA---------------------------In accordance with the instructions of the District Magistrate of Bhojpur, Tanay Sultania, a review meeting was held today, July 20, 2026, regarding the successful and dignified organization of the upcoming Independence Day celebrations. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Hina, Senior Deputy Collector (General Branch), Bhojpur.

During the meeting, a detailed review of all preparations for the Independence Day celebrations was conducted, and relevant departments were instructed to complete necessary tasks in a time-bound and coordinated manner. Comprehensive discussions were held on various arrangements, including the planning and scheduling of the national flag-hoisting ceremony, maintenance of law and order, seating arrangements for distinguished guests, barricading of Veer Kunwar Singh Stadium/Ground, availability of ambulances and medical teams at the venue, deployment of fire tenders, cleanliness of the ground and approach roads, presentation of departmental tableaux, traffic management, and parking facilities.

The presiding Senior Deputy Collector directed all concerned departments to complete preparations within the stipulated timeframe and to work in mutual coordination, ensuring that the national festival is celebrated in a grand, dignified, safe, and well-organized manner.

Senior district-level officials from various departments, including the Civil Surgeon, District Education Officer, and District Public Relations Officer, attended the meeting.
