ARA-------------------------Near Milki village under the Piro police station area on the Bihiya-Bihta State Highway, an out-of-control motorcycle struck a laborer who was crossing the road. He sustained fatal injuries in the accident and passed away while undergoing treatment at the Piro Primary Health Centre (PHC). The deceased has been identified as 52-year-old Anil Kumar, son of the late Brahmadev Prasad and a resident of Ward No. 6, Piro Nagar (under the Piro police station area). Radhika Devi, the deceased's sister-in-law, stated that he was returning home from work on Saturday night and was crossing the road near 'Baba Mall' in Milki village when a speeding motorcyclist hit him with great force, leaving him critically injured. Locals helped transport him to the Piro PHC for treatment. Upon receiving the news, family members rushed to the Piro hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Sunday morning. The family subsequently informed the local police. Police arrived at the scene and arranged for a post-mortem examination at Sadar Hospital. It is reported that the deceased was the youngest of four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by two daughters, Sharda Kumari and Veena Kumari, and a son, Prince Kumar; his wife, Geeta Devi, had passed away ten years ago. The incident has left the family in a state of deep shock and grief, with family members inconsolable. Meanwhile, the deceased's sister-in-law, Radhika Devi, stated that on Saturday night, he was crossing the road near Baba Mall in Milki village while returning home from work. A speeding motorcyclist struck him violently, leaving him critically injured. With the help of locals, he was taken to the Piro PHC for treatment. Upon receiving the news, his family members also arrived at the Piro hospital, where he passed away on Sunday morning. Subsequently, the family informed the local police station. The police arrived at the scene and arranged for a post-mortem examination of the body at Sadar Hospital. It is reported that the deceased was the youngest of four brothers and three sisters.
