BUXAR--------------------------A case has come to light in a village within the jurisdiction of the Krishna Brahma police station in the district, involving the molestation and physical assault of a woman after individuals forcibly entered her home under the pretext of conducting an electricity inspection. The victim has submitted a written complaint to the Women's Police Station, leveling serious allegations against several individuals and pleading for justice.

In her application, the victim stated that on the morning of April 22, around 10:00 AM, 7-8 people suddenly barged into her home. At the time, she was present in the house along with her family members. It is alleged that these individuals identified themselves as employees of the Electricity Department and demanded to see the electricity meter. When the woman asked them to produce their identification, they became aggressive, shoved her, and knocked her to the ground.

The woman alleges that, during this altercation, her clothes became disheveled, and some of the individuals attempted to molest her. When she resisted, she was physically assaulted. Hearing the commotion, neighbors rushed to the scene; this caused the situation to escalate further, resulting in a physical scuffle between the two parties.

In her complaint, the victim has named several individuals, including JE (Junior Engineer) Manish Kumar (Chakki), along with Upendra Thakur, Devendra Yadav, Suraj Paswan, Vijay Kumar, Maqsood Ansari, Kanhaiya Mishra, Sunil Prajapati, and Nagendra Yadav. It is alleged that some of these individuals forcibly dragged her back inside the house, beat her, and shut the door.

The victim further alleged that, amidst the chaos, a gold locket and earrings were snatched from the neck and ears of another female family member. Additionally, the accused allegedly demanded a sum of ₹100,000, threatening to frame the family in a false legal case if the money was not paid.

Following the incident, it is alleged that the victim's sons were also forcibly detained and taken to the police station. Furthermore, her First Information Report (FIR) was reportedly not registered at the Krishna Brahma police station. Consequently, she approached the Women's Police Station. Regarding the matter, the Station House Officer (SHO) of the Women's Police Station stated that the complaint has been received, and further action will be taken following a thorough investigation.
