CAR CRASHED INTO DIVIDER, ONE KILLED

SASARAM--------------------------A car carrying devotees returning from the Chhinnamastika Mata temple in Rajrappa, Jharkhand, to the Kaimur and Rohtas districts of Bihar crashed into a divider on National Highway-19 within the Barachatti police station area of ​​Gaya district; one person died, and another was critically injured.

According to reports, Pankaj Kumar (alias Pintu Singh), aged approximately 33 (son of Jitendra Singh) from Gurura village in the Kudra police station area of ​​Kaimur district, and Bunty Jaiswal, aged approximately 28 (son of Shiv Murat Shah) from Telari village in the Chenari police station area of ​​Rohtas district, had gone with relatives to visit the Chhinnamastika Mata temple in Rajrappa, Jharkhand, on Monday. While returning, their car crashed into a divider on National Highway-19 in the Barachatti police station area of ​​Gaya district around 8:30 PM on Monday, leaving the vehicle completely wrecked. Local residents informed the police and National Highway personnel about the incident. Highway staff and police arrived at the scene and, with the help of locals, extricated the occupants from the vehicle.

Bunty Jaiswal (approx. 28, son of Shiv Murat Shah) from Telari village, Rohtas district, died in the incident. Meanwhile, Pankaj Kumar (alias Pintu Singh, approx. 33, son of Jitendra Singh) from Gurura village, Kaimur district, was found critically injured; after receiving initial treatment at a local health center, doctors referred him to Patna for advanced care due to his serious condition. Treatment was ongoing at the time of reporting.
