BUXAR DRIVER CRUSHED TO DEATH IN BHOJPUR

ARA--------------------------A Hyva driver from Buxar died in a road accident early Monday morning—around 3:30 AM—near Benua Tola under the Charpokhari police station area on the Ara-Sasaram State Highway. The deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Raviranjan Yadav, son of Atma Yadav, a resident of Mapwadi village under the Simri police station area of ​​Buxar district.

Reports indicate that early Monday morning, the driver of a truck had parked his vehicle on the state highway and was cleaning the windshield. Despite the darkness, the truck's parking lights were not on; consequently, a sand-laden Hyva approaching from the direction of Piro rammed violently into the rear of the parked truck.

The impact was so severe that the front section of the Hyva was completely wrecked, and the driver, Raviranjan Yadav, was crushed inside the cabin, resulting in his death on the spot. Upon receiving the information, local police immediately arrived at the scene and, after a strenuous effort, retrieved the driver's body from the crushed cabin. The police took possession of the body and had a post-mortem examination conducted at Sadar Hospital. They also informed the deceased's family members about the accident.
