BUXAR--------------------------In the Ariyanv village, located within the jurisdiction of the Krishna Brahma police station, a teenage girl was shot dead under mysterious circumstances. The incident is reported to have occurred on Wednesday afternoon. Upon receiving this information, Dumraon SDPO Polast Kumar—accompanied by Krishna Brahma Station House Officer (SHO) Ravi Kumar and a heavy police contingent—arrived at the village and immediately commenced an investigation into the case and efforts to apprehend the killer.

The victim has been identified as 15-year-old Shweta Kumari, daughter of Bablu Upadhyay. According to reports, everyone in the household was asleep during the afternoon hours when, suddenly, someone knocked on the door. As soon as the teenager heard the knocking and opened the door, an unidentified individual opened fire on her.

Although the teenager attempted to save herself and tried to flee back inside the house, the bullet struck her in the back before she could escape. Consequently, she died on the spot. Hearing the sound of the gunshot, family members rushed toward the door, but by the time they arrived, the accused had already fled the scene. Meanwhile, the blood-soaked teenager breathed her last right in front of her distraught family members. The family members hurriedly informed the local police and the Dumraon SDPO about the incident. Upon receiving the report, the police force arrived at the scene in full strength and began their investigation into the incident. SDPO Polast Kumar has confirmed the occurrence of the incident. Meanwhile, the incident has sparked various discussions and rumors within the village.
