ARA------------------------The Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) of Bhojpur held a detailed review meeting on Monday regarding applications pending on the 'Sahyog' portal. The meeting involved extensive discussions on the current status of complaints and applications pending across various departments, their timely disposal, and the quality of their resolution. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring transparency, accountability, and prompt action in administrative operations.

During the review meeting, the DDC issued clear instructions to officials from all concerned departments to ensure the speedy, transparent, and rule-compliant disposal of pending applications received on the 'Sahyog' portal on a priority basis. He stated that resolving the issues faced by citizens in a timely manner is the district administration's top priority, and no unnecessary delay or negligence at any level would be tolerated.

While reviewing the pending cases department-wise, progress reports were obtained from the concerned officials, and instructions were issued to accelerate the process in departments where complaint resolution was not proceeding at the expected pace. Emphasis was also placed on fixing accountability for the concerned officials to ensure the quick resolution of every pending case.

The DDC remarked that the 'Sahyog' portal serves as a vital medium for effective communication between citizens and the administration. Therefore, it is essential to ensure the impartial, transparent, and timely resolution of every complaint and application, thereby further strengthening public trust in the administration.

Senior officials from various departments attended the meeting. All officials were instructed to regularly monitor the portal, keep reviewing pending cases, and work in coordination to ensure the quality resolution of complaints.
