ANTI ENCROACHMENT DRIVE IN BHOJPUR

ARA-------------------------A special drive was launched by the administration in Bhojpur district to clear public land of encroachments. Acting under the directives of Bhojpur District Magistrate Tanay Sultania, a comprehensive encroachment removal campaign was carried out in the vicinity of Mission School and the Japanese Farm area within the Ara Sadar Circle.

This campaign was conducted under the leadership of the Circle Officer of Ara Sadar, with the participation of a Municipal Corporation team, deputed magistrates, and police officials. During the drive, both temporary and permanent encroachments situated on public land and along roadsides were removed with the aid of JCB machines.

Through this administrative action, an effort was made to streamline traffic flow in the region and provide relief to the general public from the commuting difficulties they had been facing. Officials stated that the drive was initiated in response to the frequent traffic congestion and accidents caused by illegal encroachments on roads and public spaces.

The Circle Officer unequivocally declared that no form of encroachment on public land would be tolerated. He issued a warning that strict action, in accordance with the law, would be taken against anyone found encroaching again. The administration also indicated that anti-encroachment drives would continue to be conducted regularly across the district in the future.
