ARA---------------------------A tragic road accident was reported on Sunday from Ara in Bihar's Bhojpur district. Three youths died on the spot following a violent head-on collision between two motorcycles near Dhobighatwa on the Bihiya-Bihta State Highway, within the Piro police station area. The impact was so severe that all three succumbed to their injuries right at the scene.

According to eyewitnesses, one motorcycle was carrying a single youth, while the other had two youths on board. The collision was so forceful that all three sustained critical injuries and had no chance to recover. Upon receiving the information, the Piro police arrived at the scene, took possession of the bodies, and sent them for post-mortem examinations. Chaos prevailed on the highway for some time following the accident.

Preliminary investigations suggest that speeding and loss of control over the vehicles were the primary causes of the accident. The police have initiated an investigation and are examining all aspects of the incident.

The deceased have been identified as Pradeep Kumar (son of Lalan Singh, resident of Tenduni village under Jagdishpur police station), Golu Kumar (son of Badal Ram, resident of Dharhara village under Bihiya police station), and Shakti Kumar (son of Gama Ram, resident of Dharhara village). It is reported that Pradeep Kumar worked in the business of manufacturing aluminum windows and doors.

News of the incident caused immense grief among the families of the deceased, and a wave of mourning has swept through the village. The police have completed the necessary legal formalities and have launched an investigation into the matter.
