The monthly organizational meeting for July was held on Friday at the Bharatiya Janata Party's Rohtas district office, presided over by District President Santosh Patel. The meeting aimed to further strengthen the organization, outline upcoming programs, and review organizational activities down to the booth level. The event commenced with the offering of floral tributes and garlands to the portraits of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, and Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj. District Vice President Vijay Singh conducted the proceedings. In his presidential address, District President Santosh Patel stated that every Bharatiya Janata Party worker is the organization's greatest strength. He called upon all office bearers and workers to ensure the success of the organization's scheduled programs, service activities, and public outreach campaigns with utmost sincerity, discipline, and dedication. He emphasized that it is the responsibility of every worker to ensure that the public welfare schemes of the central and state governments reach the last person in society. The District President thanked the Mandal Presidents and Mandal in-charges for the successful conduct of Mandal meetings, 'Shakti Kendra' meetings, and the 'Mann Ki Baat' program across all Mandals.

While reviewing upcoming organizational programs, it was decided to effectively implement the 'Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj Samrasata Sankalp Abhiyan' (Social Harmony Pledge Campaign) at the Mandal, Shakti Kendra, and booth levels. The campaign aims to propagate the message of social harmony, social amity, and the egalitarian ideals of Sant Ravidas Maharaj among the masses. Additionally, the upcoming 'Tiranga Yatra' was highlighted as a mega-campaign for patriotism, national unity, and public participation, with emphasis placed on organizing it enthusiastically at every Mandal and booth level in the district. Workers were urged to ensure maximum citizen participation to spread the spirit of patriotism and respect for the national flag among the public. The meeting also included a detailed review of organizational expansion, preparations for upcoming programs, campaigns related to service and social harmony, and the activities of various party wings (Morchas) and cells. Additionally, a detailed discussion took place regarding the effective implementation of the organization's action plan. A large number of BJP office-bearers and workers attended the meeting, including State Executive Committee member Sudhir Singh; district office-bearers Santosh Sharma, Satyendra Singh, Satyendra Dubey, Satnarayan Paswan, and Shivnath Chaudhary; District Spokesperson Rajnish Kumar; and Mandal Presidents Guddu Singh, Rekha Kumari, Rakesh Keshri, Mrityunjay Shukla, Kanhaiya Paswan, Rituraj Upadhyay, Anil Singh, Santosh Arya, Indrajit Singh, Nagendra Kumar, Chandrama Singh, Manish Kumar, Sarita Singh, Bharat Kushwaha, Bechu Mahto, Ramji Pathak, Ashok Pandey, Brajesh Kumar, Rajnikant Pandey, and Ashok Gupta. Finally, all the workers pledged to further strengthen the organization, successfully execute upcoming party programs—including the 'Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Maharaj Samarasata Sankalp Abhiyan' (Social Harmony Pledge Campaign) and the 'Tiranga Yatra'—and fortify the organization down to the booth level.
