BCA STUDENT COMMITS SUICIDE AT ARA

ARA---------------------------One BCA student committed suicide by hanging himself to the ceiling of his house near Jain College Colony under Ara Nawada police station in the late evening on May 27, 2025. The deceased was identified as Nikhil Kumar 20 son of Ram Bihari Singh of Bhadaaraa village under Sikraul police station in Buxar district but he lived in a rented house at a colony near Ara Jain College under Ara Nawada police station. Mother of the deceased said that Nikhil Kumar used to bet on IPL and had lost a lot of money.

When he was sitting and chatting with his friends of the locality in the evening, his father scolded him in the presence of his friends. After that he returned home and asked his mother for meal. When he was eating, his father once again rebuked him and said that now he would not be given a single penny. After taking meal, he went to his room and committed suicide by hanging himself to the ceiling. When he did not come out of the room for a long time, the family members peeped through the window and found his body hanging to the ceiling. They broke into the room and rushed him to the Ara Sadar Hospital but the doctor declared him dead.
