Almost all the emotions of the human mind have been expressed in this one song of 66 pages in 200 stanzas. Shri Pandey is a Kokilkanth Sukavi endowed with verse-accomplished and poetic talent. Therefore, in his works, lyricism and melody are also expressed in their most beautiful form.

These things were said on Friday, in the Bihar Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, organized on the birth anniversary of the former president of the conference, Dr. Jagdish Pandey, Shri Pandey's book 'Hey Ram! You have to come!” While presiding over the inauguration ceremony and poetry symposium, conference president Dr. Anil Sulabh said. Remembering his former president, Dr. Sulabh said that Dr. Jagdish Pandey was a respectable personality with tender feelings, deeply connected to all Saraswat concerns including literature. Considering literature, art and culture as most valuable for the society, he always stood firmly in their favor. He contributed generously to literary works and assistance to litterateurs. He gave life to the almost dead literary conference. He will always be remembered for his indirect service to literature.

Inaugurating the ceremony, Chairman of Sanskrit Education Board, Bihar, Mrityunjay Jha said that poet Shri Brahmanand Pandey has done a great service to Saraswati through this heartfelt song and has remembered Lord Shri Ram with faith. Sahitya Sammelan is a temple of writers, the government will cooperate in its progress.

Welcoming the guests, Literature Minister of the conference, Bhagwati Prasad Dwivedi said that the poet of the released book, Shri Pandey is associated with many Saraswat genres including Doordarshan, Akashvani and stage, but he is basically a poet of songs. Through this book, the poet has invoked Lord Shri Ram in such a way that to save the world from the present plight, Shri Ram

Senior litterateur Bacha Thakur, Dr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, Dr. Ratneshwar Singh, Pandit Umesh Jha, Dr. Ashok Priyadarshi, Dr. Pushpa Jamuar, Dr. Manoj Govardhanpuri, Prof. Sukhit Verma, Dr. Ashok Priyadarshi also expressed their views and paid tribute to the former president of the conference and congratulated poet Brahmananda.

The Kavi Sammelan organized on this occasion started with the speech and praise of Jai Prakash Pujari. Brahmanand Pandey, the poet of the launched book, expressed his gratitude towards the litterateurs who provided good wishes and also recited important verses from his book. Senior poets Prof. Sunil Kumar Upadhyay, Dr. Samarendra Narayan Arya, Shyam Bihari Prabhakar, Pt. Ganesh Jha, I. Ashok Kumar, Siddheshwar, Sunil Kumar, Dr. Pratibha Rani, Dr. Shalini Pandey, Sagarika Rai, Asha Raghudev, Shama Kausar 'Shama', Neeta Sahay, Sadanand Prasad, Narendra Kumar, Indubhushan Sahay, Bhavnath Jha, Sujata Mishra, Sunil Kumar 'Malang', Poets like Chittaranjan Lal Bharti, Sarita Kumari, Rajdev Singh, Kumar Rakesh Rituraj, Desesh Jalaj, Nandan Kumar etc. added flavor to the function with their compositions. Young poet Surya Prakash Upadhyay presented the stage and vote of thanks was given by Krishna Ranjan Singh.  Senior satirical litterateurs like Banke Bihari Sao, Praveer Kumar Pankaj, Rajendra Tiwari, Sachchidanand Sharma, Kumar Prakash Rituraj etc. and a large number of enlightened people were present.
