ARA----------------------------The Bihar Education Department has implemented strict regulations for its officials and employees, which will now have a direct impact on their salaries and daily operations. The department has made biometric attendance mandatory, meaning that salary payments will henceforth be processed based on this record. If an employee's attendance is not registered, they may face difficulties in receiving their salary.
Under this new system, it is mandatory for all employees to report to the office by 9:30 AM on every working day. Action will be taken against latecomers, and they will be required to provide an explanation. Furthermore, leaving the office early will no longer be an easy task; strict measures will be initiated against those who take leave without permission or depart before the scheduled working hours end.
The Education Department has also fixed the lunch break duration from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Employees are permitted to take their break only during this specific window; at all other times, they must remain present at their workstations. Action will also be taken against any employee found wandering away from their designated workspace without prior permission.
